Long-Time User Now Seeking Replacement

Once this was my go-to Twitter client and I recommended it to everyone. No more. A critical feature has stopped working (the notifications column on one of my accounts won’t populate) and Tweetdeck offers absolutely NO support (nothing of any value on the website; no replies to tweets), so I’m ready to jettison the app and look for a reliable replacement.
